By accessing or using AutoNova ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, dealers, and visitors.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. AutoNova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including vehicle descriptions, photos, condition reports, and pricing. Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listings are strictly prohibited and will be removed. AutoNova reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or reject any listing at its sole discretion.
AutoNova is a marketplace that connects buyers with sellers. We do not directly sell vehicles or process payments. All purchase transactions, including price negotiations, payment terms, vehicle inspections, and title transfers, are conducted between buyers and sellers. AutoNova is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction.
Users shall not: (a) Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (b) Harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; (d) Use automated tools to scrape or collect data; (e) Violate any applicable laws or regulations; (f) Post listings for stolen vehicles or vehicles without clear title.
All content on AutoNova, including logos, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of AutoNova or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant AutoNova a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
Your use of AutoNova is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
AutoNova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings or user content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction facilitated through it.
AutoNova reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
